IPTV News respects the rights of copyright owners. This page explains how to tell us about material on https://iptvnews.site that you believe infringes your copyright.

What we host

IPTV News is a news and information publication. We do not host or distribute IPTV streams, movies, television channels, sports broadcasts or other copyrighted media, and we do not link to unauthorized copies. The material on our website consists of our own articles and illustrations, together with short attributed quotations used for reporting and commentary.

If you believe something on our website nevertheless infringes your rights, we want to hear about it.

How to submit a notice

Email your notice to info@iptvnews.site with the subject line "Copyright complaint" or "DMCA notice." This is the only address for copyright and DMCA matters.

What to include

To help us review your complaint quickly, please include all of the following. These elements reflect those described in the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3)), and we ask for the same information wherever you are located:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If several works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our website, with the exact URL(s) and enough detail for us to find it (for example, the paragraph or image concerned).
  3. Your contact information: your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. If you are acting for the copyright owner, also the owner's name and your relationship to them.
  4. A good-faith statement, for example: "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. An accuracy statement, for example: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  6. Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is generally accepted as an electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our review. We may contact you for more information.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge receipt of complete notices.
  2. We review the material and the notice.
  3. Where appropriate, we remove or disable access to the material, or edit it, and we may tell you what action we took.
  4. Where material was provided by someone else, we may forward the notice to that person.

Counter-notices

If material you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to info@iptvnews.site. Include:

  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address
  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Any other statement required by the law that applies to you

Misuse of this process

Submitting a notice or counter-notice that knowingly misrepresents facts may have legal consequences under applicable law. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.

Reports about other websites or services

This process covers material on https://iptvnews.site only. We cannot act on complaints about third-party websites, apps or IPTV services. Please contact the operator or hosting provider of the website concerned, or the relevant authorities.
